1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Somni app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Somni. The App is designed for women's health and fitness and is intended for users who identify as women.

3. Account Registration

Your account information (email, password, and profile details such as weight and goals) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Free Trial

Somni Premium is available by subscription at $19.99/month. New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. Your payment method (via the Apple App Store) will be charged at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, and follow Apple's standard App Store refund policies. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Workout plans, meal plans, and AI-generated advice are for informational and motivational purposes only and are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or diet program. Somni is not responsible for injury or health issues resulting from use of the App.

6. AI-Generated Content

Somni uses third-party AI services (including OpenAI and Replicate) to generate personalized meal plans, workout schedules, chat responses, and body-transformation visuals. This content is generated algorithmically and may not reflect your individual health needs. The body transformation ("Body Visualizer") feature is for motivational purposes only and is not a medical prediction or guarantee of results.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App unlawfully; (b) attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App or backend systems; (c) upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content (including photos); (d) reverse-engineer or decompile the App; (e) use automated tools to scrape the App or its services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Somni and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somni shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
